haha no, but now i cant unsee it
He looks like a very nice chap, and would fit right in with the large Shovel Knight cast.
I am honored! Thank u so very much :D
Yo you did so good on the colours, look literally like it was handpicked from the movie
Wow, thank you!! That makes me very happy to hear! ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ
The colours of PROMARE are so delicious.. I could study it forever LOL
I wish this is how actual submarines looked IRL, aquadynamic principles be damned.
Hahaha so true, I need the aesthetics, not functionality
Technically all of life originated on the ocean and then went on land. What does that mean for this ocean spirit, is this a loophole it can exploit?
Technically, life that went on land left the ocean, so they were not taken from the ocean.
I dunno I kinda get more of an instagram/youtube influencer that scams their young fans constantly and gets away with it every time sorta vibe to him.
That or even hotter Shaggy from Scooby Doo.
Damn that is better. You read him like an open book.
I love your maximalist aesthetic and how cohesive it looks, I know from experience that it is really difficult to make a lot of stuff look good together and have good composition. You knocked this one out of the park too.
Also didn't expect a quote from the critically awarded anime Neon Genetic Avenge a Lion in here.
ahhh tysm for such a wonderful review <3
And yea i was binging Evangelion during this piece and felt the need to throw it in there. Whats a good maximalists piece without a quote to accompany it??
Wait, I just realized ,that YOU are the creator of KTJD, I thought you were just like a superfan doing art for it,
ok this comment made my day
I hope that this is a stylized approach to your portrait because of those heavy bruises and blood.
But otherwise, yeah this is Ace!👍
Yes, stylised, inspired by the weeknd’s after hours at the time sorry for any concern.
Ty!!
Out of curiosity I checked the source material of this and my interest is quite peaked, I love interesting sci-fi settings and you can't never go wrong with mechs. I'm not sure what boss this is referencing outside your description but I'm looking forward to finding out more.
Ah no worries, it's for a role-playing tabletop game I'm GM-ing for my friends. Basically DnD with mechs, only I've been homebrewing a ton of stuff into it. I've been making all the art and assets for the campaign.
Just doing what I can to the best of my abilities
