Love me some vectorheart, one of the best thing the early 2000's gave us, had to zoom in EXTRA closely to absorb all those juicy details.

I don't know if this was a stylistic choice or my eyes, It's kinda hard to explain, but to me it looks like the whole upper body was picked with a Marquee tool and shifted a bit to the right? I dunno though like I said it could be a stylistic choice
