Thank you. He's missing an arm because in Madness Combat, the floating hands thing isn't just an artstyle choice - it's a canon in universe thing as confirmed by the Experiment animation. Hank has a mutated arm thing, but his other hand is a normal Madness Combat hand, so i draw it detached.
